We are looking for a curious and driven Junior Business/Support Analyst to join our Core Integrations team.
This is a hybrid role that combines second-line application support with entry-level business and technical analysis.
This role is ideal for IT entry level in fast-changing environment for communicative and energizing people.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Assist with business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements from users, documenting functional specifications, and validating system behavior against business rules.
Contribute to the root cause analysis by correlating technical logs with business process data to provide actionable findings.
Act as the second line of support for our solution, handling incidents and service requests. Provide clear, timely communication to end users and stakeholders on incident status, workarounds, and resolutions.
Support internal customer’s User Acceptance Testing and assist with basic training and onboarding sessions for new business users interacting with the platform.
Contribute to our extending AI tools and be able to use and interact with AI agentic tools

About the project:
The team is responsible for developing and maintaining an integration layer connecting internal bank systems with various internal and external applications.
Professional requirements:
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and willingness to learn API testing tools for troubleshooting.
Position will require .NET/C# knowledge over time, so willingness to learn programming language on a basic level is a must.
Ability to read and understand API specifications and written technical specifications with diagrams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and present analytical findings clearly.
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and financial domain concepts.
Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Positive mindset and stress control are highly beneficial for your future success.
English: intermediate high, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools.
Previous programming experience (as a hobby for example).
Experience in banking software.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Portal.
